Missed Appointment Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Notice

A “missed appointment” is when a patient fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 24-hour cancellation notice. We make every effort to accommodate same-day late arrivals, however, as each appointment is reserved, this is not always possible. If we are unable to see a patient who arrives late, the appointment is considered “missed.” Additionally, there may be a fee for missing longer appointments. We understand extraneous circumstances may arise, so we waive the missed appointment fee for the first missed appointment.
