Missed Appointment Policy

A “missed appointment” is when a patient fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without providing a 24-hour cancellation notice. We make every effort to accommodate same-day late arrivals, however, as each appointment is reserved, this is not always possible. If we are unable to see a patient who arrives late, the appointment is considered “missed.” We understand extraneous circumstances may arise so we waive the missed appointment fee for the first missed appointment. A fee of $50 will be charged for each missed appointment after the first occurrence and will be due on or before your next appointment. We do not bill out to insurance to cover missed appointment fees.
